At Astro Celestia, we are dedicated to delivering our astrological services and spiritual products to you in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the delivery processes for both our digital services and physical products.

1. Delivery of Digital Services

This section applies to digital products such as personalized Kundli (horoscope) reports, matchmaking reports, tarot readings, and online consultation details.

  • Automated Reports: Instantly generated reports will be available for download immediately after successful payment and will also be sent to your registered email address.
  • Personalized/Manual Reports: Detailed reports analyzed manually by our astrologers will be delivered to your registered email ID or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
  • Consultations: Booking confirmations and links for online sessions (Zoom/Google Meet/Audio Call) will be sent via email/WhatsApp immediately after booking.
  • No Shipping Fees: There are absolutely no shipping or delivery charges for digital products and online services.

2. Shipping of Physical Products

This section applies to physical items such as Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, and Puja items ordered through our website.

  • Processing Time: All physical orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

    • Special Note: If you order an "Abhimantrit" (energized) product, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for processing, as our Pandits perform specific rituals before dispatching it to you.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Partners: We use premium and reliable courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, or India Post) to ensure your sacred items reach you safely.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate applies to all physical orders below a certain amount (e.g., ₹99 for orders under ₹999).
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on all physical product orders valued above ₹999 (you can adjust this amount as per your business model).
  • Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • 4. Order Tracking
  • Once your physical order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number (AWB) and a link to track your package in real-time.
  • You can also track your order status by logging into your Astro Celestia account.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, physical products are shipped only within India.
  • However, our Digital Services and Online Consultations are available to clients worldwide.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors (like extreme weather, strikes, or remote locations) may occasionally cause delays.

  • If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven't received the package, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue with our courier partners.
