Refund policy

At Astro Celestia, we strive to provide the most accurate astrological insights, remedies, and high-quality products. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a service or return a product. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.


1. Digital Services & Consultations

This includes personalized astrology reports, matchmaking, kundli generation, and live audio/video consultations.

  • Cancellations by You: * If you cancel a booked consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the appointment time without any extra charges.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to join the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Digital Reports: Once a personalized digital report (PDF/Email) has been processed and sent to you, it is non-refundable, as the service has already been consumed.
  • Dissatisfaction: Astrology is a guiding science, and interpretations may vary. We do not offer refunds if you disagree with the astrological reading or if a suggested remedy does not yield the expected results.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase physical items from us (such as Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, etc.), the following policy applies:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive the package. This will help us process your replacement or refund quickly.

  • Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/certificates intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or energized (Abhimantrit) products specifically made for you cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a cancellation, return, or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at astrocelestiasupport@gmail.com or call us at +91-9729620891.
  • Provide your Order ID / Booking ID, full name, and registered mobile number.
  • Clearly state the reason for cancellation or return (attach unboxing photos/videos if it is a physical product issue).

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your cancellation or return request is approved, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Account, etc.).
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
